You never know what you're going to get with a mover....broken items, extra charges, unpleasant employees. I had a two-stage move where my items went into storage for 6 weeks, so I had the concern of two moves along with ensuring the items remained safe. I can honestly say dealing with OnDemand was a pleasure and very easy experience. The communication with them was spectacular. Mike, the point-person for both moves, was amazing. The price was unbeatable. There is no question I will use them again for my next move.Well, I used them again 1.5 years later, and Jalen and Ola were outstanding. They continue to be honest and efficient, just like before.

I scheduled a move 2 weeks in advance for a 1-bedroom apartment. The 2 movers arrived right on time & finished my move in about 4 hours. They were professional, efficient, organized, and took care of all my items. All my furniture was wrapped up very well & nothing was damaged. I was charged $400 for the 4-hours, which is on par (slightly cheaper) with other quotes I received for a city move. I will likely use them again for my next move.

Two days later when it was time to put them back and unpack, they did so with great care. Most importantly because they proactively took pictures, they were able to put every single item (small and large) back in its original place. Very professional duo. Will definitely use them again for any type of residential move.

This has been my favorite moving company I have worked with. I have moved way more than I would have ever liked to so I have experience doing so - and most companies are terrible to work with. Ondemand was the opposite of all of that. The first person I spoke with was Ninu and she was so sweet, patient, and lovely. She was incredibly transparent and honest with me about pricing, time, and every other detail of the move. I adored her. The pick up was quick, easy, and the two men who helped made it look like a breeze. They were kind, helpful, and so so fast. All of these people were incredible but I have to mention Mike as a highlight here. I was unprepared and overwhelmed about one big thing and Mike was so kind and patient. I almost started crying and he just calmed me down, assured me everything was fine, and then worked with me to make sure it actually was. When he arrived to my new location he was exactly on time. Unfortunately we hit a road bump and the local team that was supposed to assist him was two hours late. Mike didn’t even hesitate though. The second we realized they were late, he moved everything in by himself. Heaviest furniture and all. He assured me he would get it done on time. The local team did show up and help move the rest in towards the end, but Mike even stayed back and helped me put together things they hadn’t even packed for me because he could tell I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own. I am beyond thankful for this entire team and would recommend them over and over and over again. ESPECIALLY for those doing long distance moves alone.

Moving is always stressful (even an inner-building move), but working with Ninuola, Julius and Hermando made the process so much easier. I had a quote within minutes of calling. Scheduling and communication were excellent and the office provided the required COI for our building shortly after. Julius and Hermando arrived early to stage the furniture prior to our elevator time. They were courteous, friendly and quick. We were pleased from start to finish and we highly recommend.
